Students creates a sketch or paints a picture using digital tools or apps.

Students uses a digital tool/app to make a computer generated picture.

 

3.  Graphic Design/logo:

Video Categories:

 

Students can use any software or apps to create a video to submit to one of the following subcategories.  Students have 7 subcatories to enter for competition.  Click here for more additional details.

 

  • 1. Digital Storytelling:  
    Students use digital tools/apps to share their knowledge for teaching and learning about a topic.  

  • 2.  Documentary Film:  
    Students use digital tools/apps to share in a nonfictional film  intended to document a aspect of reality, primarily for the purpose of instruction.

  • 3.  News Cast:

  • Students broadcast a radio or television broadcast to inform the public about news or an event in history.

  •  

  • 4.  Commercials:

  • Students use persuasive techniques and other strategies to create their own commercial, with the tools they desire.

  •

  • 5.  Music Video:

  • Students use digital tools/apps to create a music video.

  •  

  • 6.  Public Service Announcement:

  • Students create a message in the interest of the public to raise awareness, change public attitudes, and behavior towards a social issue.


  • 7. Book Trailers:  Students create a persuasion peice that captivates the attention of the audience and compels them to read the book.
