Technology can take over your life at school and home!  Too much can affect you life.  

 

Keep an eye on how long you are online.

Remember to make time for offline activities.

If another person online make you feel uncomfortable, block them, report them.

Respect yourself and keep personal information private.

Digital Health and Wellness Issues:

  • Using proper posture

  • Avoid repetitive motion injuries

  • Avoid becoming addicted to the internet, video games, and other technologies

  • Avoid withdrawing from society
