Differentiation

is our responsibility as a teacher to all our students.
Teachers should differentiate through content, process, product, and environment.

How?
Teachers must pay attention to the students' interest, learning profile, readiness,  that affect each student in the classroom.

Why?
Basically it is our obligation to teach with each and every child in mind.  A true differentiative classroom teacher thinks of each individual student in the classroom.  They must always bear in mind that students are not a one size fits all method of learning and we all learn differently.  Teachers must establish very clear learning goals and making adjustment as necessary that way so that their students all arrive at the correct destination of the learning journey.
